IS THEFT AND LOSS COVERAGE INCLUDED IN THE EXTENDED WARRANTY?
No, theft and loss are not covered by the Extended Warranty. For information on the Extended Warranty, please refer the full terms and conditions here.
DOES THE EXTENDED WARRANTY COVER MY ACCESSORIES?
The Extended Warranty Service does not cover Cat® phone Accessories. The warranty for Cat phone Accessories remains 6 months per the Limited Warranty Statement.
WHERE CAN I BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY?
You can buy an Extended Warranty at catphones.com when purchasing an eligible Cat® phone.
CAN I CANCEL MY EXTENDED WARRANTY?
Yes, you can cancel your Extended Warranty at any time. You will get a full refund if the coverage is cancelled within 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, the cost of the service is not refundable.
IF I TRANSFER OWNERSHIP OF MY CAT® PHONE, CAN I TRANSFER THE EXTENDED WARRANTY WITH THE PHONE?
Yes, you can transfer the Extended Warranty provided that the team at Cat phones is notified in writing, within a reasonable time, of the names of the current and new owner, the date of purchase, model, make and IMEI of the phone, such notice to be sent to: email@example.com.

IS THERE AN EXCESS CHARGE IF I NEED MY CAT® PHONE REPAIRED UNDER EXTENDED WARRANTY?
No, there is no excess charge when you claim under the Extended Warranty.
HOW MANY TIMES MAY I SEND MY DEVICE IN FOR REPAIR TO CAT® PHONES?
There are no limitations on the number of claims you make whilst you are covered by the Extended Warranty.
HOW LONG DOES THE LIMITED CAT® PHONES WARRANTY COVER ME FOR?
The Limited Warranty is valid for 24 months in the European Union, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand and for 12 months in all other countries from the date of original purchase. All accessories in all countries are covered for 6 months (whether purchased with the product or separately) from the date of original purchase.
HOW LONG AM I COVERED FOR?
The Extended Warranty starts the day your standard Cat® phones Limited Warranty expires and covers you for 12 months after this date. The Extended Warranty does not cover accessories (whether purchased with the product or separately).
WHICH MOBILE PHONE CAN I BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR?
You can buy a Cat® phones Extended Warranty for the Cat S31, Cat S41 and Cat S61.
CAN I BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY AFTER I BUY MY PHONE?
Currently, you can only buy a Cat® phones Extended Warranty when purchasing an eligible phone from catphones.com.
WHEN CAN I BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR MY CAT® PHONE?
You can buy an Extended Warranty together with your chosen eligible Cat phone on the catphones.com website.
WHAT IS THE CAT® PHONES EXTENDED WARRANTY?
The Cat phones Extended Warranty is an extension of your standard Limited Warranty provided by Cat phones. The Extended Warranty covers mechanical failures and accidental damage within the technical specifications of your Cat phone during the extended period, one year from when your initial Limited Warranty expires.
