We are aware of an issue with the Toolbox application becoming unresponsive on some of our devices. Please be assured, that we are urgently working on a permanent fix for this issue. In the meantime, to help get your handset back to full operation, please follow the steps below.

  1. Navigate to the Toolbox application within the starter menu and PRESS AND HOLD THE APPLICATION ICON and select ‘APP INFO
  2. Click the ‘FORCE STOP’ button in the top right of your screen
  3. Select the option ‘STORAGE & CACHE’ from the menu at the bottom of this page
  4. Select ‘CLEAR CACHE
  5. If the above steps do not solve any problems you are facing, please contact Cat phones support.
