Canceling your order

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within the My Account section of this website before 2pm on the day you placed your order (please note, if you order on a Friday, we will deliver your parcel on the following Monday). Your money will be refunded immediately after cancellation. If you don’t cancel your order before 2pm, you will need to return the item(s) following our Returns process outlined below.

Returning unwanted goods

We believe you will be satisfied with your Cat device and accessories, however, if you need to return your item(s), we want to make it as easy as possible for you. Any unwanted item(s) may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order as long as the product(s) remains in the original intact packaging or in similar protective packaging. What we need from you, is to fill in and send back the Standard Withdrawal Form as outlined in the Terms & Conditions. This will allow us to process your return correctly so we can refund the money within 7 days post inspection of your returned item(s).

Please contact our Customer Service team who will arrange a free Pick up for a date and time that is convenient for you. The Customer Service Agent will email you the pre-paid label and arrange collection. When you contact the Customer Service team, please have your Order number to hand. Please ensure you include all components you originally received including chargers and USB cables.

Refund policy

Upon receiving and inspecting the item(s), we will refund your money within 7 days using the same payment method you used when purchasing the product(s). If you do not receive your refund within 7 days, please contact our partner Docomo at support.dp@docomodigital.com who will be able to assist.

Requesting your invoice

Your invoice was sent to you via email, however, if you require a copy, please contact our Customer Service team, who will be able to assist with your request.

We would like your journey to be as enjoyable and easy as possible, however, if you believe our services are unsatisfactory, let us know and we will work on not only a resolution but also on improving our processes to avoid issues occurring in the future. Please email us.
